STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items:

  • If the product received is misprinted, defective, or damaged, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • To process such claims, an unboxing video and images of the defective item, along with the original packaging, are mandatory.
  • Upon verification, KOPA will reprint and ship a replacement at no additional cost.

Returns (Non-Defective Products):

  • If a customer wishes to return or exchange a product due to personal preferences (wrong size, change of mind, etc.), KOPA does not provide refunds or exchanges.
  • You must place a new order to fulfill the request at your own expense.

Return Process

Reverse Pickup (For Eligible Returns):

  • A reverse pickup can be arranged within 5 days of delivery.
  • The reverse shipping cost is equal to the forward shipping cost.
  • For example, if an order contains 5 products, the return shipping charge will apply to all 5 products.

 

Undelivered or Return to Origin (RTO) Orders

If an order is undelivered due to an incorrect address, non-availability of the recipient, or other reasons, it will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).

The RTO product will be sent back to the following address:

HUEPress, 42A, Ambrose Nagar, Somanur Road, Karumathampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu – 641659.

No additional charge is applied for RTO orders. You can reship the order to the correct address by placing a new order.

Refunds Policy

  • Refunds are not provided for products unless they are defective or misprinted.
  • If a refund is approved due to product damage or printing error, the refund will be processed and credited via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to KOPA'S error.

Important Notes:

  • Claims made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be entertained.
  • Refunds are not applicable for incorrect customer information leading to order failure.
  • If a dispute arises, KOPA reserves the right to assess the situation and make the final decision
